Just add is 1-2 TBSP of melted butter or coconut oil or nut butter for a VEGAN option to our mixture. Either roll into balls, press into silicone moulds of any shape and refrigerate or freeze for approx 5 minutes all depending on how firm you would like them. This mixture makes the perfect base for mini cheesecakes, protein balls, trail mix, chocolate truffles, makes great ice cream sandwiches , or even baked to make rich brownies - So many variations!
