At Get Ya Yum On we take every action and measure to ensure your order reaches you in a satisfactory condition although unfortunately sometimes things can be damaged in transit.
We are happy to offer refunds for damaged or faulty items.
If you receive your package and it is damaged, or you find your goods are somehow faulty, please email us at hello@getyayumon.com.au with your details and we will be happy to offer a refund or replacement.
For consumer safety outside of this, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on our products due to cross contamination and allergen controls.
