In need of a quick and easy mid-afternoon or late-night sweet treat with ZERO GUILT? Our "no-bake" Rich Chocolate Coconut Slice is so simple! Just add is 1-2 TBSP of melted butter/coconut oil or nut butter (VEGAN option) to our mixture. Either roll into balls, press into silicone moulds of any shape and refrigerate or freeze for approx 5 minutes all depending on how firm you would like them.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This mixture makes the perfect base for mini cheesecakes, chocolate mousse, makes great ice cream sandwiches, truffle and protein balls, and the BEST trail mix AND rich chocolate brownies! - So many variations! TRAIL MIX RECIPE! Melt 2 TBSP of dark chocolate or nut butter, add nuts and seeds of choice along with the Rich Chocolate Coconut mix and refrigerate for 5 mins. Make into trail mix bars or store in a container, great for a healthy work snack!
RICH FUDGY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES: Melt 2 TBSP of butter add 2 TBSP of melted sugar-free or 80% dark chocolate, add mixture and one egg, beat well and pour into 2 small ramekins - microwave in 2 x 30-second bursts - makes the best fudgy brownies, top with ice cream or whipping cream!
Storage: Store in fridge or wrap and freeze for up to 3 months if it lasts that long!
